Completed during my UX/UI internship, this project allowed me to discover how a SaaS product is concretely used by multiple user profiles within a professional environment. My role mainly consisted of understanding the product structure, contributing to the design system, and proposing UI improvements through wireframes and interface explorations.

Discovering a real SaaS product and contributing to its design

During this internship, I joined a team working on a B2B SaaS platform designed for operational management teams. My role consisted of understanding how the product worked and contributing to its UI design through wireframes, interface explorations, and participation in the design system. This experience allowed me to discover the challenges involved in designing a complex SaaS product.

Understanding a highly functional product

Analysis of the different user flows, dashboards, and business logics present within the platform.

Contributing to interface structuring

Creation of wireframes and UI explorations aimed at improving content organization and screen readability.

Contributing to the design system

Participation in maintaining UI component consistency and the overall harmonization of the interfaces.

Context & Role

Design process

To better understand the platform and its workflows, I contributed to several stages of the design process, including wireframing, UI explorations, and design system organization. The goal was to create clearer, more consistent, and easier-to-use interfaces across the product.

Wireframes

I created wireframes for several pages of the platform in order to structure interfaces and organize complex information more clearly. This stage helped define layouts, user flows, and content hierarchy before moving into UI explorations.

Design system

I contributed to the creation and organization of the design system in order to maintain visual consistency across the platform and simplify the design of complex interfaces. Components, layouts, and UI patterns were structured to create a clearer and more scalable product experience.

UI explorations

I proposed several initial UI directions based on client feedback and platform needs in order to explore different ways of improving clarity, usability, and visual consistency across the interfaces.

Design process

Designing clear and structured SaaS interfaces

During this experience, I worked on several interfaces related to user management, data organization, and operational monitoring within a B2B SaaS platform. The goal was to design interfaces that were more readable, consistent, and adapted to complex workflows used daily by different professional profiles.
